Having provided online booking systems to the hospitality industry for a number of years, we at BookingTek have the benefit of sitting on a large amount of data related to online bookers. This data helps tell a story about the mindset of people who make their meeting bookings online.

In contrast to the bedrooms business, very little has been written about the impact and the behaviour of online bookers within the meetings sector (where bookings have historically been taken over the phone). As such, we took the opportunity to present some of our findings in a handy infographic.
